I might say, these few weeks have been quite well for me, learned quite a few stuff and trying to apply it to my life in everything I do, I should have already took the hint a month ago when that brother in the our little society told me to do that and told me what he thought of me, well, the whole reveal happened yesterday afternoon during band meeting, I am now in charge of not only every vocalist in the band but also the youth band.

Ever since entering and being exposed to bands like UNITED, It has been my dream to build up and change the entire youth section and bring them closer to our boss, that goes for myself as well as far as the building up is concerned. Well, in the past I only knew how to complain that things and the people weren’t good enough in the youth section, now that I only am in charge of the whole thing, I’m in a completely different situation, I actually have to DO something in order for something to work or get done, sure, I have a couple o’ ideas up my sleeve that I would want to put in immediate effect. My plans so far goes like this

3. Breaking and Building

4. Team Coorperation

Despite my plans, of course, like everything else and like always, I’ll have to consult my Boss to see what he thinks is right and what his plans are for me and the team and the entire section. I can only further communicate with him and wait for his leading and guidance. Getting ready to learn new stuff and to teach new stuff
